All commissioned (i.e. made to order) custom guitars come with a five-day grace period which allows you to experience the guitar and ensure that it meets your expectations. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the guitar please contact us within five days of taking delivery. If the problem cannot be rectified and you still wish to return the guitar, shipping costs will be your responsibility, and the guitar must be returned in new condition. The full price paid for the guitar, including the deposit, will be refunded once it has been re-sold by us. The guitar will be listed on our website, and at trade shows we attend, as being for sale.
All “ready-built” guitars (i.e. those in stock) purchased from us will come with a 14-day grace period and full refund should you not be happy with the guitar for any reason. Shipping costs for any returns will be your responsibility, and the guitar must be returned in new condition with the original packaging.
If you would like to commission your own custom guitar and secure your place on the build schedule, a non-refundable deposit of £1,000 is required.
We are currently accepting custom orders for delivery in Autumn 2020.
When your guitar is ready, and the outstanding balance has been settled, you may either collect your handcrafted custom guitar from us at our workshop, or we can arrange for it to be delivered safely to you.
